I'm Evan Kessman, a 23-year-old Systems Analyst. I live in sunny (HOT) South Florida, where I've been most of my life. I love to game, both modern and vintage, and love working on gaming PCs. My other main hobby is cooking with friends and family, everything from Italian food to my native Cuban.

I'm a recent graduate from Lawrence Technological University as a Computer Science major with a concentration in Game Software Development. I help run the on-campus Game Dev and Anime convention there, LTUX as well. I am currently a Systems Analyst at Broward Health in South Florida, helping manage both the Data Center Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment.
I absolutely adore the VR/AR/XR industry and actually used my senior project to create a VR escape room. On my off hours I not only play video games, I love to cook. All sorts of stuff from my native Cubano food, Italian, Asian, everything. My favorite games include Halo, Hitman, Watch_Dogs, and Civ 6.

My Values
I'm an especially hard-working person. I value people who I can rely on, day in and day out. While I may not have many close friends, I know that the ones I do have would help me in a heartbeat, the second I ask.
I also value people who respect other's input, not just mine. If everyone on the team doesn't have a voice, then it's not a functional team in my opinion.

Finally, I value people who value my actual experience, not just judge me on my age. I may not have the experience of someone in a senior position, but in my seven years in IT, I have absorbed every bit of knowledge I have learned like a sponge. Don't underestimate me!
My Life
I was born in Levittown, New York, where I lived until I was 7. Since then, I have lived in South Florida, around the Fort Lauderdale area. I went to school in Southfield, Michigan for 5 years (setbacks due to COVID and being bad at Advanced Calculus). I now work for Broward Health back in South Florida.
